故障1.閥門電動執行器閥門填料處外漏

發生此類故障的原因有：①填料老化嚴重。②壓蓋螺栓沒有擰緊或出現松動。
解決方法：①更換新的填料。②均勻的擰緊壓蓋螺栓。

故障2.端蓋出現滲漏

解決方法：①檢查螺栓是否松動，將其擰緊。②更換新的O型圈。

故障3.密封面發生滲漏

發生此類故障的原因有：①蝶板關閉不到位。②密封面存積污垢，導致關閉不嚴。③密封面損傷。

故障5.啟閉到頭了電機沒停或者啟閉不*

發生此類故障的原因有：①極限開關失靈了或者是過載保護裝置不準。②極限開關動作過早或反應太遲。
The causes of such failures are:①The limit switch is out of order, or the overload protection device is not allowed. ②The limit switch works too early or too late.
解決方法：①更換極限開關或者對過載裝置做調整，保證度。②調整極限開關的反應速度。
