• 用途

雙金屬溫度計(jì)是一種適合測量中、低溫的現(xiàn)場檢測工業(yè)儀表。可用來直接測量氣體、液體和蒸汽的溫度。帶電接點(diǎn)雙金屬溫度計(jì)，并能在工作溫度超過給定值時(shí)，自動(dòng)發(fā)出控制信號(hào)切斷電源或報(bào)警。

     雙金屬溫度計(jì)具有無汞害、易讀數(shù)、堅(jiān)固和耐振等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，可代替工業(yè)玻璃水銀溫度計(jì)廣泛適用于工業(yè)和科研部門。

     雙金屬溫度計(jì)分為普通型、戶外型、防腐型三種。普通型外殼用鐵皮電鍍，保護(hù)管用不銹鋼，適用于室內(nèi)一般場合使用。戶外型外殼用鋁金制造，保護(hù)管，連接柱均采用不銹鋼，密封性較好，適用于室內(nèi)外，一般耐腐蝕場所。防腐型外殼采用全不銹鋼，保護(hù)管、連接柱可用鉬二鈦材料，連接部分均采用密封膠，可適用于多數(shù)腐蝕介質(zhì)、氣體的測量。

• 結(jié)構(gòu)原理

雙金屬溫度計(jì)感溫元件采用多圈直螺旋形雙金屬片。一端固定，另一端（自由端）連接在芯軸上，軸向型溫度計(jì)指針直接裝在芯軸上。徑向型結(jié)構(gòu)指示針通過轉(zhuǎn)角彈簧與芯軸連接。當(dāng)溫度變化時(shí)，感溫元件自由端旋轉(zhuǎn)，經(jīng)芯軸傳動(dòng)指針在刻度盤上指示被測介質(zhì)溫度的變化值。

電接點(diǎn)溫度計(jì)，指針上裝有動(dòng)接點(diǎn)，固定接點(diǎn)裝在設(shè)業(yè)指針上指針觸頭隨溫度變化旋轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到或超過設(shè)定值時(shí)，接點(diǎn)閉合發(fā)出信號(hào)，以達(dá)自動(dòng)控制和報(bào)警的目的。

• 主要技術(shù)參數(shù)

1. 溫度計(jì)為軸向型、徑向型、135°三種型式。
2. 溫度計(jì)的精度等級(jí)為1級(jí)、1.5級(jí)。
3. 溫度計(jì)的測量范圍見表一。
4. 溫度計(jì)的時(shí)間常數(shù)不超過40S。
5. 保護(hù)管的材料為1Cr18Ni9Ti不銹鋼和鉬二鈦，其所能承受的分稱壓力為6.4MaP。
6. 溫度計(jì)分普通型、戶外型、防腐型三種型式。
7. 溫度計(jì)的接點(diǎn)為上、下限，單限，雙上限（全部常開）。
8. 接點(diǎn)額定功率：10VA（無感負(fù)載）。

表殼公稱直徑為φ100（mm）的軸向式普通型雙金屬溫度計(jì)，安裝方式為可動(dòng)外螺紋。

• 使用和維護(hù)

1. 雙金屬溫度計(jì)保護(hù)管浸入被測介質(zhì)中的長度必須大于感溫元件的長度，一般浸入長度大于100mm，0-50℃量程的浸入長度大于150mm，以保證測量的準(zhǔn)確性。
2. 雙金屬溫度計(jì)在保管、使用安裝及運(yùn)輸中，應(yīng)避免碰撞保護(hù)管，切勿使保護(hù)管彎曲變形及將表殼當(dāng)扳手使用。
3. 各類雙金屬溫度計(jì)不宜用于測量敞開容器內(nèi)介質(zhì)溫度，帶接點(diǎn)溫度計(jì)，不宜在工作振動(dòng)較大場合的控制回路中使用。
4. 溫度計(jì)在正常的情況下，應(yīng)予定期檢驗(yàn)。一般以每隔6個(gè)月檢驗(yàn)一次為宜。
5. 電接點(diǎn)溫度計(jì)不允許在強(qiáng)烈震動(dòng)下工作，以免影響接點(diǎn)可靠性。
6. WSS萬向型溫度計(jì)的波紋管只有0.1mm厚，所以轉(zhuǎn)向時(shí)必須旋松M4螺母、螺絲。并小心轉(zhuǎn)向，切勿用力。安裝時(shí)必須用兩把扳手，以免損壞。
7. 本產(chǎn)品實(shí)行三包。

1. 訂貨時(shí)須寫明產(chǎn)品的型號(hào)、測量范圍、安裝螺紋、保護(hù)管長度，外殼公稱直徑、精度級(jí)別等技術(shù)參數(shù)。
