摘要：電動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)備是水泥企業(yè)中應(yīng)用較廣泛的動(dòng)力裝置，而水泥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)屬于能耗高、污染大又需要設(shè)備連續(xù)不間斷工作的行業(yè)，電動(dòng)機(jī)作為水泥行業(yè)設(shè)備的動(dòng)力來源，其安全、穩(wěn)定可靠的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)水泥行業(yè)的平穩(wěn)生產(chǎn)起著至關(guān)重要的作用。

 隨著現(xiàn)代化水泥工業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模增加，生產(chǎn)設(shè)備也越來越大型化，因此所需用的拖動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)的功率也越來越大。水泥廠生產(chǎn)工藝流程較復(fù)雜，可以總結(jié)水泥生產(chǎn)過程為生料制備（一磨）、熟料煅燒（一燒）、水泥粉磨（二磨）。因此，低壓電動(dòng)機(jī)作為水泥生產(chǎn)過程中較常用的機(jī)組，數(shù)量多、種類復(fù)雜，隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步和工藝控制過程的不斷完善，尤其是自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)要求，迫切需要開發(fā)和完善電動(dòng)機(jī)的控制和保護(hù)設(shè)備，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)整個(gè)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)過程和大型機(jī)械的遙控、遙測(cè)、遙調(diào)、故障診斷以及集中控制等功能

ARD2F 系列智能電動(dòng)機(jī)保護(hù)器（以下簡(jiǎn)稱保護(hù)器）能對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行過程中 出現(xiàn)的多種故障情況進(jìn)行保護(hù)，并設(shè)有 SOE 故障事件記錄功能，方便現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維護(hù) 人員查找故障原因。本保護(hù)器具有 RS485 遠(yuǎn)程通訊接口， DC4～20mA 模擬量 輸出，方便與 PLC、PC 等控制機(jī)組成網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。實(shí)現(xiàn)電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。
