Usage explanation of blind plate cut-off valve

工作原理 ：

Working principle

手動盲板切斷閥，用專用扳手旋轉連接軸螺旋副驅動左右閥體完成夾緊和松開動作，利用閥板上盲孔板和通孔板的位置變換達到啟閉目的，閥板上設有限位擋塊以保證閥板的啟閉位置。蝸輪傳動盲板切斷閥，閥門中設有啟閉和翻轉兩個蝸輪傳動裝置，啟閉蝸輪箱通過齒圈、齒輪和絲桿螺旋副驅動左、右閥體完成松開、夾緊動作，翻轉蝸輪箱驅動閥板完成開啟動作，閥板上設有限位擋塊以保證閥板的啟閉位置。電動、電液動盲板切斷閥，閥門中設有啟閉和翻轉兩個推桿（電動、電液推桿）傳動裝置。啟閉推桿通過齒圈、齒輪和絲桿螺旋副驅動左、右閥體完成松開、夾緊動作。翻轉推桿驅動閥板完成開啟動作。閥門的啟閉位置由行程開關控制，且閥板上設有限位擋塊以保證閥板的啟閉位置。

Rotate the connection shaft screw pairs of the manual blind plate cut-off valve by wrench to drive the right and left body to clamp and release. Open or close the valve by changing the place of blind hole plate and straight hole plate. The limit block on the valve disc can ensure the open and close position of the valve disc.There are two worn gear drive device of open-close and turn over on the worm gear blind cut-off valve gate. The gear rim, gear wheel and screw pole screw pairs of open-close worm gear box drive the right and left valve body to clamp and release. The turn-over worm gear box drives the valve disc to open. There is limit block on the valve disc to ensure the open-close position of the valve disc.There are two draw stem drive device of open-close and turn over on the electric and electric hydraulic blind plate cut-off valve gate. The gear rim, gear wheel and screw pole screw pairs of open-close draw stem drive the right and left valve body to clamp and release. The turn-over draw stem drives the valve disc to open. There is limit block on the valve disc to ensure the open-close position , which is controlled by the stroke switch.

安裝及調試：

Installation and regulation

• 安裝前必須清潔盲板閥內腔 ， 不允許有任何雜物和污垢附著 （ 特別注意密封面、橡膠密封圈的清潔 ） 。

• 檢查閥門各部位是否有松動現象，對閥門進行手動開啟、關閉一個周期是否有異常現象，同時檢查閥門的啟閉位置是否準確。

• 安裝如示意圖，加密封墊后均勻鎖緊聯接螺栓。

• 根據電動、電液推桿控制原理調試盲板閥換向狀態。

• The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body, especially pay attention to the sealing surface and the rubber sealing ring.

• Check the valve parts before installation. Open and close the valve by hａnd for a period check the open-close position of the valve gate.

• Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

• Debug the reversing of the valve according to the control principle of electric and electric hydraulic draw stem.

運輸及保管：

Transportation and protection

• 運輸時應避免撞擊盲板閥及傳動裝置 ， 閥門應處于全閉位置 ， 以防在運輸中密封板和傳動部件損壞。

• 傳動裝置及傳動部位應作防潮、防雨處理。

• 盲板閥應存放在干燥的室內，不允許露天存放或堆置。

• 盲板閥長期存放時應使設備處于關閉狀態，傳動部位加潤滑油。傳動裝置作防潮、防塵處理。

• Avoid bumping of the valve and transmission device. The valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.

• Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

• The valve should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up in open air.

• It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

維護及檢修：

Maintenance and examination

• 定期檢查傳動部位的運行情況。

• 定期檢查電動推桿及電氣部分的運行情況 ， 電液部分的運行情況及管接頭處是否有泄漏現象。

• 按橡膠密封圈使用性能，根據具體情況定期對閥體的密封圈進行更換，以保證閥門的密封性能。

• 定期給傳動部位加潤滑油。

• Check the operation condition of transmission part regularly.

• Check the operating condition of electric draw stem and electricity parts. Check the electric hydraulic parts and pipe joints.

• Exchange the sealing ring of the valve body according to the working condition of rubber sealing ring in order to ensure the sealing performance.

• Add the lubricating oil to the transmission parts regularly.

Information for order

• 選用訂貨時，請參照產品樣本注明產品規格、型號、客戶選用執行器代號及技術參數（使用溫度、設備工況、介質性質等）。

• 選用訂貨時，若未注明客戶選用傳動裝置代號的按我公司基本型配置，其基本型為普通型裝置，不帶任何有關特殊要求及相關配件。基本 的傳動裝置、電氣裝置為非防爆型，如有其他特殊要求（戶外、微控、防爆等）請在合同中注明。

• 盲板閥不得承受管道熱脹冷縮或其他原因發生的外力對其產生推拉、扭曲作用。閥體伸縮器只作用于方便閥門本身的啟閉，不能代替管道中應設有的伸縮器。管道中因各種因素產生的外力也不得作用于該伸縮器。

• 本系列盲板閥是敞開式閥門。啟閉過程中（約 30 秒）介質有外泄，操作時必須采用安全保障措施。并建議在本閥前后配裝蝶閥，減少閥門在啟閉過程中的泄漏量。

• 表中未列的規格、用于特殊介質或其它特殊要求，請與我公司經銷部、技術部聯系，可為您另行設計、制造。

• Please indicate the type, model and technical parameter (using temperature, working condition of equipment, characteristic of medium and product material etc) referring to the product sample when you place an order.

• If you don't indicate actuator code selected by user when you place an order, we will select the basic collocation of our company for you. The basic type is a normal type without any special request and corresponding accessory. The basic transmission device and electricity device is not anti-explore. If you have especial demａnd (anti-explosion, outdoors and micro control etc), please indicate in the contract.

• The valve can not bear the push, pull and torsion action generated by the heat-expansion and cold-contraction of pipe or other reason. The valve body expansion pipe is only used to open or close the valve, but can not replace the expansion pipe in the pipe. The outer force in the pipe can not apply to the expansion pipe.

• The valve is open type. There is medium leakage on the process of open-close, which will continue 30 second. So safety measure must be adopted when you operate. You would better install butterfly valve on the both sides of the valve in order to reduce the leakage.
