★ When pressing the ascending switch, the vibrator will fall down or pressing the down switch, the vibrator will rise instead, the power cord should be inverted. Otherwise, the upper and lower stroke switches will not work, and it is easy to damage the machine.
★ Press the down button once, the large sliding sleeve drives the vibration plate and tamping plate to drop. When the tamping plate contacts the loose soil sample, the large sliding sleeve will continue to fall, and it will drop to the lower end of the sliding sleeve, 15-25mm away from the vibration plate flange When you press the stop button once, the large slide sleeve stops descending.
★ Set the timer on the controller. The set time is 6 minutes. Press the vibration switch to start the vibration. The timer displays the vibration time. After 6 minutes, the moving plate will automatically stop.
★ Press the up button, the sleeve will drive the vibrating plate, the tamping plate will rise, and it will rise to 15-25mm below the top box of the stop block. Press the stop button once, and the big slide will stop rising.
★ Add a second soil sample in accordance with the test procedures, repeat the above operation steps twice, and one sample ** is calculated as the vibration compaction is completed.

★ Press the "rise" button, the sleeve drives the vibration plate, the tamping plate rises, rises to 15-25mm below the top box of the stop block, presses the "stop" button, and the large slide stops rising.
★ Add a second soil sample in accordance with the test procedures, repeat the above operation steps twice, and one sample ** is calculated as the vibration compaction is completed.
★ Remove the test cylinder, use a straight steel ruler, place it in the diameter of the test cylinder, measure the data according to the regulations and then weigh it.

1、本機安裝時,A好澆注混凝土基礎上,以求機器工作穩定,在混凝土基位上 墊 8-10mm 橡膠板,以減輕振動。
2、在滑動部分及有黃油咀部位定加潤滑油脂. 每次操作試驗前應清除立柱外表面灰塵,應加注機械油20#。
